Yes, c'mon Syz.

Busby, may I suggest "The Boy With No Shoes"? However, it does cross the borders of fiction/non fiction. If you can read the last few pages without a serious throat lump (or worse), you're a better man than I am, Gungadin. Which, come to think of it, is necessarily true.

It's interesting to note how William Horwood has come up but I'd not come across him before. I was hoping to get "the boy with no shoes " on kindle but it seems it is not available. I tend to need larger print so avoid paper backs. I can alter print size on kindle

Our library appears to have 2 copies that I think are paperback but neither the library nor amazon mention large print! Where did you see a copy?

Abe books. Not sure the top one is the large print but the other 3 say they are. Search for the ISBN 9780 7505 23325. The cheapest one is 62p !
