Specsaver - my reasoning behind 'eye up' doesn't make sense, sorry! At the time I had 'e?eu?' and knew the 'quietly' would be 'p'. I now see Ogle=eye up, but I don't know how the rest works.
For 16 D, I got the 'e' from the middle of breEder ('breeder's heart' and quid from pounds.
