Raffles, were you working in the architectural profession, pre-CAD days?

Hi Mattrom, indeed I followed the path of FL Wright (but drew the line at running away with a client’s wife!).

The beauty of the pencil is eternal. As the video shows, one sweep can produce so much light and shade.

I still keep my hand in; semi-retired. The pencil is so tactile; taking it to a blank sheet of paper and a year later handing over a building to your client never gets old.

Thanks, Raffles. I asked because I also graduated in the days of pencil, paper, and watercolour renderings.
I veered into a different occupation to actually earn a living, though. Enjoyed the music. 🎵🎵

Yes Mattrom, earning a living is important so maybe you were right and maybe that’s why I’m still working ✏️
