Which one ilipp? I think I've parsed them all so may be able to help.

It was 11a, and I got it now. Devious.

My Friday evening (US) schedule has changed.
For prize puzzles, now I have to steal CPU cycles from other processes going on ..... so I am not on Forum as much as I'd like to be.

Good fun I thought. Tramp says he wrote this puzzle in July 2024. I don’t know if that is significant.

Brendan@7: for 14, you need to use 'bit cut off career' together.

Some of Tramp's anagrams. You know they're there but finding them can be tough. In fact a great deal of the parsing is like that in this puzzle.

The NW is proving tough to yield. I'm left with 2, 3, 9 and 11. Some hints on definitions of 9 and 11 might just get me over the line.
