Hello all, I’ve filled the grid and got the initials and the country, but as I don’t have all the corrections and hence the full message, I’m a bit stumped for the end game… any hints appreciated (i have the last word of the 23 letter message), but can’t figure the cyclical connection or where the country goes in…

Natty, You need to add other letters throughout the 23 corrections to form a list.
