I think you may be right, Jono, about the first one appearing under another name. Puzzle 2090 which appeared on 24 November 2012 marked the deaths in September that year of Hal David, who wrote the words for "Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head", and Andy Williams who made an album of that title. The puzzle was called "Precipitate".

I went into the Pabulum archive by clicking on his name in the heading of today's puzzle and, when that ran out, I substituted Dumpynose in the url.

The first in the series was called simply 'Obit' and appeared on 7th October 2006. It commemorated Mickey Spillane.
