It seems random whether there's a paywall or not. The last three weeks, including this one, didn't have one for me; the two before that did.

Sorry to talk about the crossword itself rather than the difficulty of doing it online, but can anyone tell me where swapping hands comes into 4 down? I'm familiar with most smutty references, but is it something else? I'm happy with the cycle part. Thanks

Hi, As someone still using pencil and paper it is interesting to note the digital difficulties being encountered since being taken over by our online owner, Tortoise.
However pencil notwithstanding I can't see the answers to either 19 or 20 across despite having all the crossing letters in place.
Any help very welcome.

19a move a letter from "a menace". Definition "basically".

20a is rather weak. It's a double definition, one of them to do with mobile phones.
