I am stuck on a couple near top right. Any help with these would be appreciated.
25 across: Take time - what Olympics chief did? (9)
I have - - A - S - O - T

25 down: Dish of eastern European butter, maybe on the counter. (8)
I have - - - - N - D -

25 Transport. T, time + Ran Sport!

25 Tapenade ( horrible stuff, made from olives).
Dane is the European, Pat is the butter and E is eastern. On the counterm = reversed/upwards.

PS ??? for the blanks is easier to read.
