I understand ‘from the same stock’, but how does the clue parse. Help, please.

I. I believe “final part” indicates the last letter of “manufacturer”, and then “sent” is “elated”. As in send into frenzy, originating in jazz.

I think it could be...
the R from the end (final part) of ManufactureR and Elated, sent, in ecstasy etc.
