Im guessing churn is tit and stiffy is up. But not a clean parse. Haven't enjoyed many of the clues this time, a little bit sloppy to my mind.

I think that must be right embee, not the best of clues as you suggest. Thanks

Hi Vizsters

Pls forgive my ignorance - newbie here, I wasn’t sure how to post without replying to the last comment- i normally manage to eventually finish the Viz xword but this one is fiendish, only got halfway through and totally stuck.

I’m totally foxed on 9ac ‘Activity practiced in dungeon, ram dangleberry into nob’ I have B?????E - any hints please anyone?

Some of the clues I think aren't very good, it is a leap to get to the answer!

I think the answer is a sexual practice that involves tying up or restraining one partner

I imagine it’s a reference to S&M, with a dag being a dangleberry inside a four letter synonym for nob (knob?), as in hard body part

Ahhh got it! , thanks both of you - makes sense - I wonder if the setter is on holiday and someone standing in - the clues aren’t normally so convoluted 😊
