I have zero letters to help. I don’t understand the clues to be honest!

5a the "still" is a photo, around a word for "ultimate"

10a Definition is "tactful remarks", also what snow looks like and does after it has fallen

5a - I was focusing on “ultimate “ meaning the last letter of a word.
