Yes, Attacks, charges, accuses etc - and it sounds like A Tax, a levy.

13d I think TOWEL

Reversal of WE "the Guardian" inside LOT ("great deal")
Not sure I've ever seen "to buy" as a containment indicator, but unobjectionable IMO.

Oops, the WE isn't reversed but LOT is.

The heading said “Qaos” which I’m assuming should be “Prize”. Could someone please confirm this🤔

It was just yesterday's puzzle, not the Prize. Qaos was the compiler.
