Hmm. Finished, but not entirely happy. Do two of the missing words come from 10ac?

31 is driving me nuts! I know what the solution to be entered has to be, but I can't work out the parsing at all.

Apart from that a very sweet puzzle, not at all spoiled by being the second Pangakupu of the year, when there was a chance of having 12 different Genius setters in the year for the first time ever.

31 wordplay is3 elements: 4 letter ”exaggerated”, 2 letters from the clue and a 4 letter “emblem of love”. Definition is the last word.

Wow! I had a real struggle to sort out 3D, as the word in the definition seems relatively unknown, My last word is 25D. I know what it must be, but how does it parse? Thanks.

25d is hidden in the clue after its redundant word is removed

Apparently Pangakupu's alter ego is Phi, who composed this week's IQ. The quote wasn't in my ODQ, but Google came to the rescue.
