Can someone suggest in which clue the A (I assume) of the camouflaged observer infiltrates the grid, and which letter of forest glens it replaces, please? And in a similar vein, in which clue is the O of forest glens replaced? I’m referring to the initially filled grid

3d has an O in the answer clashing with the A in 10a.
