I can usually do these puzzles but I’m lost on 31 across. I assume I can put spoilers here, a month later.
I have *oa*house but I can’t see a pun that fits with fill in A.
I think the second * is W (“who use”) but what’s a *oaw house?

As I recall it’s BOATHOUSE.
Drag artists love a boa tho use marabou fans effectively.
