Please can I get some pointers?

I have innumerable gaps in this puzzle.

Both of these are complete gibberish to me.

19 ask your Mrs

19 is an abbreviation for "madame" (French woman shortly)
24 M for mark, followed by an anagram

Druh6sm, in 24 A, you need another word for (an ) Arbitrator. 'Revised' indicates an anagram - of three words in the clue + one letter from 'Mark to begin with'.
