Teenieleek, your E in 11 A is wrong.

I don't really understand your part about there being no R in the extra words. The change in that little Down clue comes about from 'Nine letters in the originally-filled grid must be changed...'.

Yes, I know I’m being picky but the preamble says to do the changes THEN rearrange the three six letter words but none of the three has an R. That’s what I was trying to say, badly obviously. Unless I’ve chosen the wrong words - a definite possibility.

Thanks,Teenieleek. I think the preamble wording is slightly vague, on purpose - it doesn't say that we've 'THEN' to arrange those words. I took the 'originally-filled' grid to include changing anything necessary, ie including the unclued 3-letter entries. It's a long preamble, with a lot to cover!

Yeah, I was being picky. I did the preamble instructions in the order they were written so it didn’t quite work but I was more interested in finding out if I’d gone wrong. Thanks for your help.
