25a has already been answered, lords.
I'm stuck on my last clue which is 18d. I've got A_T_R. (Broadcast reform over which blood was spilt). A few possibilities, but none I can make fit.

18d it's found in a church, homophone of 5-letter word "reform" which has the same crossers. Crossers correct.

Actually this one's ambiguous! Is the thing 'over which blood may be spilt' the definition that SOUNDS like reshape, OR is the reform part the definition that SOUNDS like what's in a church? You could equally use both, but what did Cyclops intend?

I am running out of steam towards to end of this one. 12(a)24d Nick love would be scrapped by Reform UK. (3,4) I have n-t for the first word but nothing for the second. Also 19d - Liberal in favour of something that might be blown (7) I only have r as the second letter and keep thinking of trumpet but can't justify it. Put me out of my misery please
