Damstraat22, thanks. Yes, it is from the 'song' set - a five-letter song (like an anthem, a football ?????) goes after the R.

Thanks to Nudd for a challenging solve. I had to reverse engineer the unmutilated form of 27 by seeing which category was short of an entry but on reflection I think the definition was fair and I just didn’t get on the right wavelength.
