23a Flat couple acquires is only triple-glazed at the front (10)
'Maisonette' fits but I can't parse it (and besides, I don't think a maisonette is a flat).

14d Updated version of Grease gets bonus features (6,4)
'Easter eggs' is an anagram of 'Grease gets' but if that's the answer, what's the definition?

23 is MATE (couple) with IS inside. "Only triple glazed" must give the ONET, but I don't see how.

14 an EASTER EGG is a hidden bonus in a computer program - often a game

SB, Chambers says a maisonnette is a small house or flat, so that's fine.
And 'Easter eggs' , referencing bonus features is also in Chambers.

So it’s MATE (couple) containing IS (from the clue) ONE (only) T (the first letter of triple-glazed)

Thank you, hadn't heard of that definition of Easter Eggs.

Like you ChriseE I don't understand what what 'Only triple glazed' is doing in the 'maisonette' clue.
