Mostly done - I loved 15,24 and 23.

Two in the NE. I have an answer for 9a, but don't see how "keep" contributes if it's right, and I'm not seeing 7d.
For 7d I have ?N?A?E. Are these right?

No Chris your N is wrong. Different second word in 9a same first letter.

I might add I had no idea that 7d solution could mean that.

7d is what’s known as a ‘contronym’ I believe.

....and that makes sense of the "keep" in 9 too.

OK I'm going to kick myself I'm sure but I've stared at 11a for ages now and I can't see where the first 6 letters come from. Is there a hint without spoilers?

There’s a three letter ”pair” reversed in a three letter “that”

OK thanks Ianwil. I haven't heard that use of 'that' for a while. I don't think I'd have ever figured that out.
