Basic food registered in basic hotel, say (5,3,6)

It looks like BREAD AND BUTTER (basic food), but what does it have to do with hotels? Am I missing something obvious?

I'm used to seeing clues repeated from time to time, but this whole puzzle is simply a repeat of Jumbo no.1655 published on 20 January 2024. For a couple of months now the clues have been pretty abysmal, and now it seems they are just using old puzzles. What is going on?
