5D The clue is:Blocked just below the bridge? 9 letters

From those letters from other answers that I have already I think the answer has to be "congested" which certainly means blocked but I just cannot see the links to the formation of this answer in the clues given above

Can anyone supply the rationale I am missing ?

I think the question mark indicates it’s just a quirky definition. In this case indicating that bridge doesn’t mean bridge over a river or road, but bridge of the nose. So if you had a blockage below the bridge of the nose (where your glasses sit) you would indeed be congested
