Please help me with this cryptic crossword clue - How to parse it?
Irritating person, notable, but not the most famous (7). No cutting letter available as this is a cold solve clue.

The answer is a slang term for an irritating person or a pest.
It parses 1-6.
Think of a term for a famous person, then downgrade them!
