Thanks Muraria. I finally got back to this and sorted it out. I had a lot of incorrect first letters and had never heard of the first guy. Poor soul, an easy mistake to make…!!?? Still don’t know what the Liberals have to do with 35 but I did know the quote from long ago Higher English study.

Re 35a, it's just the letters that precede the double Ls ("liberals") in "Yellow Alliance"....very clever!
