Thanks. Got 21 out of the blue! Happens all the time; stop thinking and the answer comes.

Help, please with 35a:

Transport apparently good army sections (5).

I just cannot get this.

Thought it was "corps" but that doesn't parse.

The hints say a means of transport plus two letters meaning "good".

Please put me out of my misery!

Army is a bit jokey, meaning belonging to the arm, I think. And apparently good is a two letter abbreviation for a five letter word meaning devout (also an irrational number). The whole is a Latin plural

Answer is a bit fishi

PI is the cryptic shorthand for vg
