Strange one today, the quickest Paul for a very long time.

I had no idea what was going on in 11…12 (though the solutions were clear).
Now I’ve seen the parsing I’m not surprised!

Agreed, a strange puzzle. I found it very difficult in places and "revealed" several solutions. I did write in 11, 12 from crossers but couldn't parse.
For many years I sailed through almost all Paul puzzles, and still do OK on his Prizes. Over the past year or so, his weekday puzzles seem to have become increasingly challenging, and (personal) failures like this one are no longer infrequent.

Totally agree Geeker he was my favourite for ages but a bit like Chrise, I've not been a fan for ages but sailed through this one today.
