This is my last one so I'm reasonably certain the letters I have are correct. It would seem the answer may be INTERCROP (which apparently is a word) but can one of you lovely people explain why?

It looks like "rarely do" = UNDERCOOK and, of course, the "kitchen staff are" also 'UNDER (the) COOK'

Course it is! I'm an idiot! (But in my defence - it was 5 in the morning!)
