Ok, cheers. Not the first thing I'd think of when it says matter then! I had to use the solver on this site to find the word anyway since I haven't got a paper dictionary to hand :( Everything else I managed to parse I think.
I didn't think 12A was that bad to be honest... as long as you parse "out of box, primarily" as remove a letter B.
