Can’t get these:
16a Bunch of flowers in stock, more or less (6) -a-e-e.
2d Nobody lacks energy in fighting for more than one PM (10). a-t-r-o-n-. Afternoons?
Also, 22d:
Tedious old solver’s pursuing Latin and English (7), must be ‘lengthy’ from the crossers, but is that a fair synonym? Something can be lengthy and not tedious.

2, Slang for fighting is "afters", with "no on(e)".
Afternoons.

For 22, 'lengthy' is defined as 'of great or tedious length', so the clue seems to work.
