Bugged by the last three I need:

19d ?o?t?n
I know nothing about sportsmen or north-western towns

1a is a all female event where one might expect to see a 'topless man'.

2d Is a gas minus the letter E, followed by the first letter of three of the words in the clue. Definition is "Light" (in the food sense).

19d is a North West town in England. The first 4 letters are a famous runner (sprinter) followed by a 2 letter word meaning "forward"

For 1d II could see the first three letters (Gas lacking energy, but could't parse the second half.
You must have been up very late last night...I am five hours behind you and start at 7.00pm, when the puzzle appears online.
