Done. Pretty much as last week, easy (some specialist knowledge required for example 19d.) Two linked clues as per.

I had to resort to slight cheating for 17a but that was the one clue I didn't think worked.

I can’t actually parse 17a. I do have the answer but can’t see why.

I really liked 13d, great wordplay.

No real tricky one this week, but I agree with the 17a issues.

Thanks Scorpiojo! I have the parsing now! I think I was overthinking it, looking for some obscure rhyming slang. Still not the greatest of clues, mind.

I've a few issues with today's;
9ac, if the anagrind is meant to be the definition then the definition is wrong,
3d, a phrase that I thought had been confined to the sexist dustbin, and would get you thrown off a flight if you called a member of the cabin crew that
11d, a rambling clue with a one word def, easy enough but inelegant
17ac, agreed, not a homophone
26ac, unlimited? surely limited?
6ac, not even quiptic level

apart from that, not too bad...

@bigmacsub
9a is an "&lit" hence the exclamation mark

17a might just work if the Cockney had been Dick Van Dyke....😉 and I resisted entering 3d for a while - “surely not in the Guardian”, I thought. Otherwise it didn’t outlast a cuppa.

3d It seems that the setter agrees with you, bigmacsub if you read the way the clue is worded. I thought it cleverly constructed

re 26a; "unlimited" is correct, it refers to "celeb"

Cerasus , I wholly agree with you....3d is a brilliantly devised clue!
