Yes, do write to the Times. I'm sure you could rattle off quite a few -ess words, supplying some clues would be good too. That could be a dual purpose move - maybe one of your clues will oust an SA/It clue. We can dream....

Thanks for the wonderful word. It won't be easy to drop it into casual conversation, but I'll have a go. If we want to add to our Forum Thesaurus, maybe we can have Pseudohomophoneophobia too?
