malone, I do see a letter before Lady and one after that would make a name.

Are the three names 5, 3, 6?

I see you have a slightly different set of initials, but they all look to be right barring 21ac (the other E). 21ac is a thematic clue using CAB.

You now have L (21ac) O N T I G L A D Y and, judging by your last comment, you've found the other 4 letters.

Yes, Sunray - 5,3,6 and yes, a letter is added before and after Lady.

Thanks drxx - didn't need to find the other letters when I sat back and considered the grid and what we'd needed to add.

So, as so often happens in these types of puzzles, for me at least, I googled that figure - and up popped the name.

That the thematic figure had a surname similar to a singer my mum loved told me that the last word was.
