The clue for 16 Down was "Batting record accepted by judge as being physically fit". (2,3,4)
I got the answer IN THE PINK. I can see that 'Batting" links with In but I cannot understand the part of the clue "record accepted by judge".
Any help gratefully received. Thanks,

EP = record
Think = judge
Put EP inside Think, so Th ep ink.

Record is EP (EXTENDED PLAY)
Judge is "think"

Sorry, I should have added that 'accepted' = admit, let in etc, to get the EP inside.
