I think the answer to 34a must be tree - i. e. 'r' inside tee (as in t-shirt) - but cannot find a definition of jewellery store for it. Am I wrong?

I think it's a very loose definition but Chambers has under the entry for 'tree' - 'a branching stand (eg, ring-tree, mug-tree)'
