Thanks quoconque have got 43 now will work on the others have been trying to anagram 62 but didn’t make any sense of it

The anagram indicator is "New" leaving the rest of the clue as fodder.

I had been taking new as meaning an anagram and took 0rleans as it was right no of letters but no luck
