struggling this week, have got coria but not sure any help apprecuated

Not sure where you got coria from.
This is one of those puzzles where Wikipedia is invaluable. Use it to look up:
The president of the Institute of the ICE in 1862
Look up his entry to identify the major work he finished in 1886
Look up this major work to find the main contractor (noting the event of the Great Spring Flood to confirm you are on the right lines)
Look up the name of the main contractor to find his burial place.
Then you can put the rest of the puzzle together.
(I can't confirm that the saint was educated in the town but perhaps I identified the wrong saint!)
