I'm nearly filled in and have the theme, however on the line starting 22 across I have no idea what the last 8 letters are (on the right hand side) all I know is the 8 letters start with 'B' can any one please help me?

Have you got the seven letters (!) on the left-hand side? The preamble mentions ' a second unclued entry must be completed and moved appropriately' - the last three words are crucial!

Hi Malone, yes I've got the 7 on the left. I've tried to make words using the down clues on the right (if you see what I mean) and the only word I can get is Brettice! I really do need help!
I've googled the man and have learnt a lot about the event, but I'm completely stuck!!

Just move from left to right- in doing so, you'll break something!

Sorry being thick - move what from left to right? (it can't be the left hand seven letters) Oh dear!

Sorry, I just don't know what to move, and have suffered no breaks (gosh, you must think I'm thick!)

If you've got the same central column as I had and you move the seven letters from the left to the right you will cross,break the ? ? (theme).

Do you mean the 7 letters & 'symbols'? gosh I need a drink, you are being very patient !
