Hello,
I'd be grateful for assistance parsing the solutions to the following:

1A "Obscure claim of importance at university means nothing to us"
AMBIGUOUS

I get that university = U, nothing = 0, and "to us" = US, giving UOUS, but am stumped for the rest.

3D "Brightness of car - love to come back in it!"
GLINT

Brightness = definition, but again I'm not sure re. the rest of the clue.

AM BIG - claim of importance

NIL - love, back in GT (car)

Stands for Gran Turismo. Often given to top of the range models e.g. Mercedes-AMG GT
