A Composer---9 letters--first 2 letters= EU; 3rd last letter ==I
formed from following letters. Where 2 letters are given for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th &8th,9th, choose just one of those letters
E-U / RN / HB / OG / RN / I / SU / AE

Are you sure your first 2 letters are correct?
It would have to start either Eue or Euu which doesn't seem to work.

I can only think of Eulenburg

There don't seem to be any composers starting with EU.... where did those letters come from?

Because there are 4 composers with 6 letters in their names, you have a choice of H, P, R, N for 3 and 6, and A, O, G for 5. Don't know about a composer, but I can see EUPHONIUM fitting.
