1Famous for steel and the NHS

Sheffield is famous for steel.
The River Don runs through it.
I do not know about the NHS, though.

Nye Bevan founded the NHS but I can't find a river to match.

Rossim, Bevan was born in Tredegar, which has a steelworks.
The river at Tredegar is River Sirhowy.
No idea if that is any help!

Google tells me that Port Talbot steelworks and the NHS feature in two major new productions from National Theatre Wales
and Port Talbot is on River AFAN - Is this of any interest?
