Final clue for which I think I know the answer but unable to fully parse!

9D Express tears over one Woody Allen movie (7)

I have S?E?P?R and assume the answer is SLEEPER which I believe is a Woody Allen movie, but mind has blanked on the rest. Any help much appreciated.

Could it be a triple definition clue ?

Express = orient express ( a fast sleeper train)

Tears = Peels ( reversed) with ER (One) Premier)

Woody Allen film.

???

A railway sleeper is one over which an express train would "tear" (rush)

I was typing while you had posted, shooty, but your parsing is also feasible :)

Many thanks to you both for your help. For some reason there is often one answer which I'm unable to fully parse, usually the final one solved. Perhaps the little grey cells have had enough by that point. Cheers!
