Did anyone else find this challenging?
I have one left to solve, it's 16a, and part of the theme, unclued.
Also I can't parse 23d, and the answer I have had to enter isn't actually in Chambers, though seems plausible (a flying insect that eats grain?)

yes mealmoth for 23d

the song along the top gives the cryptic indication of the answer to 9a ...then the other unclueds are types of 9a

16a was glebe

I had put LIMIT for 2 down, (Trees forming boundary), presumably it is LIMES, if glebe if is to fit.
Any idea on the parsing for 2 down then?

limes is also a synonym for boundary (Bradfords red dictionary confirms)

Thanks, it is in Chambers too, don't know how I missed it.
All done.
