That should say Lobsters. Lobster singular is of course not long enough.

I agree Rozbogs.
I was thinking of the skipjack tuna.
Could skip be a verb meaning to throw out something?
A jack is a young pike.
But It probably is wrong!

Just had a thought, Roz.
How does "dumpling" sound?
Dump could mean throw out, and ling is a fish.
And dumpling is a food?
