Done, except need two parses, please:

11a Possible result of union's publicity: pipeline limits (9)

O?F?P?I?G ... offspring, ok, with def = possible result of union, but the rest?

19a Brutal type discharging second round (4)

B?A? ... bear/boar?... why?

I think 19a is BEAT (Definition 'Round')

Brutal type = Beast - S

11a is 'Publicity' = PR + (In the ) Pipeline = Offing, but don't see where the S comes from.

The definition for 19a seems a bit loose but I found this in the online dictionary:-

BEAT - an assigned or habitual round or route, as of a policeman or sentry

Looks like the s comes from the 's immediately before publicity.

... and I'm old enough to remember the time when the local bobby went round on his beat!
