Think it must be carbon capture, but can't parse it!

Car = vehicle
Bonce = nut, head
Apt = fitting
U = universal

Re = possible the last two letters of 'filter'? I'm not sure of that bit!

Sorry, I was making it too complicated - the R is simply the last letter in Filter - we've already got the E from Bonce.
