If your offspring want to give you a day out, I recommend a visit to
Dunkeld, paid a visit to the Wildlife Reserve to see Laddie & Lassie
"in the flesh" last week whilst staying in balmy Pitlockrie. Excellent
eateries abound. Schiehallion, and even Ben Nevis looked magnificent
with a light covering of snow on them.

Dunkeld and surroundings are favourites of mine.
A nice part of the world.
There used to be a great "greasy spoon" on the main street in Dunkeld!
I am fortunate in that I can see Schiehallion from my kitchen window. (Was my first ever Munro)
It is difficult organising anything with the young ones.
Work, Uni, etc take priority over Granddad!
