Ha ha I do remember seeing the quote, and thinking it would probably take a bit more than a half bottle of wine before my wallpaper started talking to me, perhaps LLB meant Absinthe.

Thanks ajh for your help --- I obviously had 59/40 wrong (penal codes which gave me the D instead of the S) . Looks like 'PENAL CASES' !
