morning puzzlers. New to this and asking for help I'm afraid. Have only one clue to fill, but seem to have impossible word to find. I have D_A_M_A_A for 73 Ac and can not find a word that fits. I w`s expecting anagram of damages and twi letters for attorney (maybe DA?). Have i made mistake(s) in my other words?

This is for Herald Christmas crossword 2016 - thought my thread was in that stream already so didn't say - sorry for not specifying. SD

. Dharmsala is the correct answer

Thanks Jazz girl. We had tried several other words for damages too, but being ignorant of the Dharmsala would never have got it.
